Grab a Coffee... Let's Talk It Out
What Is Coffee With A Coach?

How should I prepare for my meeting?
Just bring yourself and a notebook and pen if you're the type who likes to take notes. Otherwise, just come with an open mind and if possible, a positive attitude that this could actually make a difference in your day or even your life. If you're feeling "stuck" in any area of your life, come with a brief description of the stuck area or problem and of the result you're hoping for (if life were perfect). Start thinking in terms of "there is a solution".
If you're one of those people who doesn't know what's bothering you but you do know that something's not right, that's also a place for us to start.
If you can pinpoint one area you'd like to focus on during our meeting, that helps us to be efficient and effective. We will be spending more time talking about solutions than problems so don't plan on bringing a laundry list of all the things that are wrong in your life. Let's take it one step, one problem at a time.
