About the event
Join a 90‑minute in‑person EFT Tapping Circle at 7 On Centre, designed to help you release stress, ease old patterns, and tap into a calmer, clearer state. This circle is for anyone who wants a gentle, supportive space to slow down, connect, and practice EFT tapping without pressure to “perform” or talk a lot.
Each week features the same simple structure: you’ll arrive with time for tea and settling in, receive a brief introduction to the process, and go through guided tapping rounds in a safe, low‑pressure group setting. You’ll also have a chance to do some group work, and we’ll close with a reflection tapping to ground what you’ve experienced.
You’ll leave feeling more grounded and with tools you can use on your own between sessions.
