About the event
Join us for a nurturing 90-minute evening designed to help you release what no longer serves you as we welcome the autumn season. Our First Friday Healing Circle combines the gentle power of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping with community support in a peaceful, candlelit atmosphere.
What to Expect:
Time to settle in with herbal tea and connect with others
Peaceful, candlelit setting with soft background music
You'll have the opportunity to write down a personal intention or request for support, which we'll place into our healing circle
Group meditation to hold space for everyone's intentions
