Be Here Now
Take a moment to stop scrolling and ground into the now.
It’s so easy to be caught up in what you currently don’t have that someone else has (lack mentality), the worries of tomorrow (fear), all while still holding onto what happened yesterday (shame, guilt, etc). But what if we release that grip and allow ourselves to just simply exist in this moment?
It’s so easy to dwell on “xyz is happening TO me” but what is happening FOR you?
Are you relaxing all cozy on the couch after a long day? Are you sipping on some tea with your cat on your lap? Are you sitting somewhere outside breathing in the fresh air? Are you making some dinner?

When you’re feeling mentally stuck elsewhere, take a pause for a second. Give yourself a moment to stop what you’re doing and bring your attention back to your breath. Do my (favorite) powerful breathwork exercise to release that tension and surrender to what is in this moment: Inhale for 3 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, and exhale for 7 seconds. Repeat this 5-10 times and you will feel way more grounded and at peace.
Because right here right now, all is actually well. You are safe and secure. You are abundant and happiness is available to you if you tap into yourself and all the good that surrounds you in this moment. 🌻
