RECIPE
Ingredients
đ 2 cups frozen wild blueberries (a powerhouse of antioxidants and helps remove heavy metals from the body)âŁ
đ 1 cup strawberries (locally grown is best this time of year!)âŁ
đ 1 cup raspberriesâŁ
đ 1 1/2 cups fresh brewed hibiscus teaâŁ
đ water if neededâŁ

Blend all ingredients together until smooth!
