Berry Hibiscus Smoothie [RECIPE]

RECIPE


Ingredients

🌟 2 cups frozen wild blueberries (a powerhouse of antioxidants and helps remove heavy metals from the body)⁣

🌟 1 cup strawberries (locally grown is best this time of year!)⁣

🌟 1 cup raspberries⁣

🌟 1 1/2 cups fresh brewed hibiscus tea⁣

🌟 water if needed⁣

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together until smooth!
