BERRY HIBISCUS smoothies anyone? 🌺✨
🌟 2 cups frozen wild blueberries (a powerhouse of antioxidants and helps remove heavy metals from the body)
🌟 1 cup strawberries (locally grown is best this time of year!)
🌟 1 cup raspberries
🌟 1 1/2 cups fresh brewed hibiscus tea
🌟 water if needed
Blend all ingredients together until smooth!
