- 2 ripe bananas⁣

- 1 cup blueberries⁣

- 1/2 cup strawberries or raspberries⁣

- 1 heaping tablespoon sunflower butter (or almond butter)⁣

- 1 heaping tablespoon ground flaxseeds⁣

- 1 dropper-full CBD⁣

- Non-dairy milk (add however much you'd like!)⁣
